Are General valves & Tru-Seal interchangeable?

Even though they are owned by the same company, they are not interchangeable.

Do you sell new General valves?

Yes, we are able to sell new General valves as well as reconditioned ones. Contact our sales team today and someone will be happy to work up a quote for you.

Do you offer a warranty on the Reconditioned Valves?

Yes, we completely back our work, and we offer a 1 year warranty on any manufacturer’s defect.

What motor adapter kits is needed for a actuator size?

We would need to know:

A. What brand of actuator ?

B. What size valve?

Can you install a Type A extension without taking the valve out of the line?

Yes, by removing the operator from the bonnet and reinstalling the inner extension

and installing the outer extension, then placing the operator back on top.

What information is needed to get replacement slips & soft good kit?

The size valve & pressure class.

How do I know what size operator is needed for the General valve?

The size of valve & pressure class.

Can I rotate the gear head without taking it off the valve?

Yes this can be done by removing the cap screws from under the gearhead

And turning the hand wheel clockwise until it moves into the position desired.
